Dine with Us: Come on in and dine with us. Our dining room is casual, sit where you like and order at the counter. We have a full bar available, mocktails, a grab and go fridge with salads, beverages and desserts and we also offer a lovely wine selection at retail.

Our hours are generally Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm to 7pm.

Online Ordering: Order online, choose your pick up time and date at checkout. Pick up your order at our front door. Walk ins welcome, tables and full bar available in a casual setting. You may also pre-order and then dine inside at pick up.

Chef Events: Chive offers ticketed formal five-course dinners and brunches. These events are a treat with menus curated by Chef Suzy.

Catering and Event Planning: Chive is available for catering, private dinners, event planning as well as event design. Email us. From small private dinners at Chive to large weddings and events off site. We are experts at off site catering were no kitchen is available.

Private Chef: Planning a dinner party small or large can be daunting, but Chef Suzy can make it special for you from tablescape to a coursed dinner. Email Suzy to discuss your party.

Chive is a scratch kitchen with Chef driven menus, seasonal choices and an eclectic variety to appease a variety of cravings. We run a minimal waste kitchen utilizing as much as possible of our ingredients, pickling and re-purposing ingredients - honing in on deep flavors that come from grains and vegetables.

Our purpose will continue to be offering dishes that appeal to a wide range of tastes. Our menu taps into Portuguese and Western European flavor profiles as well as flavors from California’s fusion cuisine. Chef Suzy Silvestre is dedicated to her style of cooking which is a melting pot of her Portuguese upbringing in the San Francisco East Bay as well as her travels and endless love for cultures all over the world and the US.

At Chive we want the natural flavors to shine through. We do not depend on pre-packaged foods and flavorings. We practice a lot of slow cooking and blending to get to the root of the natural flavor. This makes our desserts exceptional as opposed to many manufactured sweets that are on the market.
